This is a strange vacant lot that I ride by twice a day, but never really gave a second look until today. It's at the southeast corner of Sherbourne & Gerrard Streets. All those trees in the background are the southeast corner of Allan Gardens, where this shot was taken in early May. The two tallest buildings in this photo are also in that one.

who: I'm in Toronto, and I write stuff here

when: Mainly riding my bike to and from work.

how: I found a Concord Duo 1300 on ebay for $27 CDN, so I can cart it around on my bike and not worry about wrecking a pricey camera. It has no viewscreen or anything, so it's cool seeing how the pics turn out later. I sometimes borrow Tracy's Kodak CX7300, but not very often.

what: I'll try and write a little bit about what is in each photo, and where it is, for anyone from outside Toronto.
